Not because of a fault in the Constitution but rather because people refused to follow the Constitution.

The Constitution ONLY allows natural born citizens to have Presidential authority in the United States.

A violation of the Constitution invalidates the election.  (Hello Obama?)

Kamala Harris is not a natural born citizen of the United States because her parents were not citizens of the United States when she was born in California. Her parents had no allegiance to the country as they were raising her and the Founding Fathers had a severe problem with that situation, so much they Constitutionally forbid it to happen.

Per a lawsuit filed against Kamala Harris's eligibility for office:

The case was filed while Harris was a candidate for vice president, with the argument in the brief with the court asserting that “at the time of the birth of [Kamala] Harris, the Father of Harris was in the United States as a temporary visitor on a student visa and was not otherwise a lawful permanent resident, and was not, and never has been a citizen of the United States.”

Constitution Association (CA) further argues that Harris’ mother, Shymala Gopolin, was a “citizen of India at the time of the birth of Harris, the Mother of Harris was in the United States as a temporary visitor on a student visa and was not otherwise a lawful permanent resident, and was not a citizen of the United States, however, many years after the birth of Harris, the Mother of Harris did apply and was granted United States citizenship.”

Her constitutional ineligibility infects the whole Biden/Harris ticket.

There is no constitutional authority for any elector to vote for a constitutionally ineligible ticket.

Hence any vote cast for such a ticket is null and void.

Mike Pence said that his role was not to reject electoral votes.

Of course it was, when the votes were constitutionally null and void.

Rejection of all electoral votes for the Constitutionally defective Biden/Harris ticket would have thrown the election to Congress, as neither Trump/Pence nor Biden/Harris would have had 270 electoral votes.

Had this been done, there would be a real American President and Vice President.

But it wasn't, so no President or Vice President has been elected.

Mike Pence illegally certified the election in violation of the Constitution he swore on his Christian Bible which he also swore to God to uphold.
