Hating America should be enough reason to be disqualified to lead America.

But Obama and Kamala say the exact opposite, that loving America makes you fascist like Hitler, and so loving America is a disqualifier to be President of the country.

Joe Biden is closer to the true definition of a Trojan Horse than most usage of the expression.


Meaning, Joe is a puppet Trojan Horse vehicle to get the white vote idiots to vote Democrat, and once this Trojan Horse has been let into the White House, socialist-feminist-woman-of-color Kamala Harris will be pooped out the horse's rear, along with all other Judeo-socialists.

In actuality, every one knows this, Joe Biden may as well be a dead Trojan Horse carcass, as he is automatically disqualified to be President even before he becomes President by way of incapacity related to the 25th Amendment to the Constitution.

The Democrat Party backing a man far too senile to handle the nation's nuclear codes is already too much of a threat to the security of this country.

So that would leave our unelected President to be Kamala Harris, whose sole qualifications for being picked, in Biden's own words, is her gender being female and her race being black.

The Democrat Party has since its inception in the Slave Owning South been the Party of Skin Color and Breast Size; alway judging a man's character by the color of his skin; always judging a woman's character by size of her breasts.

And they can't even do that right because Kamala is not black and by way of her Jewish husband who would really run the Judeo-show in the White House, she is anything but black.

You see, her descendants were not that of American slaves. Not possible as  for her "black" father was from Jamaica.

Jamaica has a lot of former slaves, so you might guess she is at least a Jamaican black, but again you would be wrong.

No, her father was descended from slave owners in Jamaica who owned those slaves in Jamaica; meaning to be sure, he was not black if he owned the slaves.

Some say he is descended from indentured Indian servants Britain brought from their Indian colony. Indeed, he looks Indian.  Others say he is mostly Arab.

Kamala's father continues to hold a Jamaican citizenship.  Why is this a problem?

Is Kamala's loyalty to America, or to the country of her father?

OK, I agree with your objection. The mother divorced his Jamaican ass taking him out of her life; and anyway, neither you nor I am worried about the country of Jamaica screwing around with America.

The mother is from India. But why is this a problem?

Her mother could not possibly have instilled any allegiance to this country in Kamala. The mother gave up any allegiance to her own country of India to move here which is understandable wanting to come to the greatest nation on Earth.

But the problem is that once here, she never adhered to any allegiance to our country.

Proof? The mother moved out of the country to Canada for a job.  Kamala's mother is a pure-bred globalist, no real home, just floating from one country to another for her own best economic interest, as if she herself were a Jew.

Which brings up the final nail in the coffin for Kamala.

Kamala's husband, Doug Emhoff, is a Jew.

A dual-citizen of Israel with no real allegiance to any country besides that of Israel.

What's my reason to believe he has no allegiance to America? He's a firm supporter of his wife Kamala Harris when she flips off our country by saying that American was never great.

A treasonous remark that itself disqualifies her from leading this great nation.

A Constitutional decision in dire need of being addressed is the intended meaning of the words "natural born citizen" in the Constitution as a qualifier to being President of the United States.


Says you have to been seven years a Citizen of the United States and when elected, an inhabitant of the State you will represent.


Says you have to been nine years a Citizen of the United States and when elected, an inhabitant of the State you will represent.


Says you have to be a natural born citizen and 14 years a Resident within the United States, to be President



Says anyone born or naturalized in the United States, subject to the jurisdiction of the United States are citizens of the United States.

Let's sum this up.

1. To be a Representative, you have to have been a citizen for 7 years;
2. To be a Senator, you have to have been a citizen for 9 years;
3. To be President, you have to have been resided in the United States for 14 years and a natural born citizen.
4. 14th Amendment says that citizen means someone who is born in the United States but only if subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
   

On its surface, one could easily be swayed that the meaning was intended to be increasing in rigor to lead the country; 7, 9, 14-with the addition of  born in America.

14th Amendment confers citizenship at birth, but ONLY if subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.

Jurisdiction is a funny word.

If Kamala's parents are in one instance a citizen of Jamaica and in another instance a citizen of India, does that imply that Kamala was not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States at the time of her birth and hence is not a "Natural Born Citizen"?

Under the strictest criteria, that is, the most straightforward reading of the 14th Amendment, does that in fact mean Kamala Harris would not even qualify as an anchor baby citizen? 

In fact, isn't it true that Kamala derived her U.S. citizenship with the naturalization of her parents, much later, after she was born?

On the other hand, under very, very loose criteria, since both parents were on the path to becoming United States citizens, intending to become U.S. citizens by first becoming permanent residents, does that mean Kamala's birth was intended to be a "Natural Born Citizen" birth, and we're OK with that as a nation?

Nevertheless, I would argue in this loose liberal interpretation that, at best, only the most die-hard supporter of this country should be generously allowed such a loose liberal interpretation of the meaning of Natural Born Citizen.

People smarter than I in Constitutional law have argued that natural born citizen meant born in the United States to fully-pledged citizens of the United States, both parents having taken an official oath of allegiance to this country.

Time for the Supreme court to weigh in on this now that Kamala is officially the Democrat's candidate for the next-to-the-next President.

Seeing the extreme disloyalty and treason to the interests of this country of Obama and Kamala, I can see the logic of the Founding Fathers holding such a  belief that only the most loyal Americans deserve to be President of the peoples of the United States of America.

We well know of on-going globalist threats to our country and now have experience with the globalist-born citizen Obama. Under no circumstances should anyone allow globalist-born Kamala to become our President.

Only natural born citizen lovers of America should be allowed to rule this country.
