Inverted Justice

What can be more criminal than criminals infiltrating those offices whose job is to prosecute criminals?

It would be inverted justice indeed for the criminals to call the innocent out as the criminals.

Could it instead perhaps be more criminal for a monolithic Judeo-MSM to misreport the basis for a major pronouncement from the one man the entire nation elects to  represent their interests, our President?

MSNBC would certainly be such a criminal.

They did not report the legal basis for the White House memorandum, for you don't need to know that from our video, and if you really want to know the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, you can read it yourself if you can find it on our webpage. Just get up off your lazy boy, go to your computer, login into our computers and we'll have it there for you to read.

Don't blame us for hiding facts!

So, instead of prefacing the conclusions with the legal basis in the TV version of MSNBC, they just skipped right to the conclusion and called it political. Isn't this what they accused AG Barr of doing in summarizing the 400 page Mueller Report?

Without reporting the legal basis of the WH memorandum, MSNBC lies by exclusion to the American people, making the President appear to be lawless, when in fact, the entire basis of the letter was to explain the lawlessness of the actions against our President.

Yes, legally, the 400 page Mueller Report was 100% illegal in its presentation!!!

First, look at the "controversy" in the Mueller Report's main finding:

The Special Counsel's office concluded the evidence "prevented it from conclusively determining that no criminal conduct occurred."

For this, the House Democrats are up in arms -- in an anti-American, fascist sort of way.

What the Special Counsel said was that he could not prove the Trump administration to be innocent.

No! In American justice, you START with the presumption that the Trump Administration is INNOCENT, then you prove he's guilty!!!!  If you can't prove he's guilty, then he's still INNOCENT.  Never was guilty at any time.

Trump may be guilty of lying to his voters to become elected, as in his lie to stop immigration, lies which somehow are not criminal, but of conspiring with Russia, he's innocent.

Politicians can lie and lie and lie to the WE THE PEOPLE, but if there is a whiff of someone lying to those same politicians, then it's time for the guillotine, (in our name always of course!)

Get it? They lie to you, you can't complain, but if someone lies to them, then they hide behind you as their right to take down the liar to them.

Secondly the Special Counsel violated the law which gave it life.

By law, the job of the Special Counsel is to"provide the Attorney General with a confidential report explaining the prosecution or declination decisions reached by the Special Counsel" 28 C.F.R Sec. 600.8(c)

The Special Council had one single legal job to do. Either recommend prosecution -- which it did not do -- or recommend not prosecuting -- which it again did not do.

Instead it created a 400 page nightmare of what if"s.

Thirdly, the Special Prosecutor violated the most sacresant part of our justice system -- a fair trial for the defense.

In releasing the 400 pages of "facts", into the "trial in the public forum", which this creates, gave no chance for the "facts" to be rebutted by the defendant, for the defendant to bring forth his own witnesses, violated Trump's right to cross examination and confront witnesses, violated Trump's right for examining the prosecutor's case in a legal principle called discovery or right to evidence disclosure. Heck, even his right to a trial by a jury of his peers even.

By NBC News

NBC News on Thursday obtained a five-page letter White House special counsel Emmet Flood wrote to Attorney General William Barr one day after a redacted version of special counsel Robert Mueller's report was released.

In the letter, Flood lamented the report, saying that the special counsel's "inverted-proof standard and exoneration statements can be understood only as political statements, issuing from persons (federal prosecutors) who in our system of government are rightly expected never to be political in the performance of their duties."

Flood also signaled that Trump would move to prevent his aides and administration officials from testifying before Congress.
