Twittering Away our Constitution

Donald Trump should literally sue and own Twitter after this outrage!!!

What Twitter is doing to Trump is unconstitutional by any and all standards.

Aside:

What Twitter did to Internet censorship promoter Milo Yiannopoulos with a lifetime Twitter ban is poetic justice and harder to complain of a legitimate offense.

When you demand the violation of the free speech rights of others as Milo has done, you should indeed be the only  one who loses your free speech rights.

Still, Twitter should not have the right to be Milo's judge, jury, and executioner!!!

In a country ran by the rule of law, Milo should demand his right to a trial by jury in a court of law, before Twitter can steal his free speech right on Twitter.

Milo would have helped his case though, if he advocated for terrorists or other legitimate abusers to be shut down from the Internet, if proved guilty in a court of law. Unfortunately for him, he advocated for the Jewish owners of the tech business to lord over us common people. And he got bitten on that hand he held out for them to bite.

While conservatives can rightfully argue that a cake business is a private business and the owners cannot be forced against their religious beliefs to bake a cake for a lesbian wedding party, conservatives cannot make a case that Twitter is a private business in the same manner and can therefor refuse to transmit private tweets they disagree with.

You see, there is nothing constitutional related to the business of baking of a cake, other than the right to have a business, but there is plenty constitutional authority related to the business of transmitting the free speech and free press of private American citizens from one private citizen to another private citizen.

While the baking of a cake should protect the owner's religious and political beliefs, and their right to enter into a business contract, on the other hand, the transmission of private political and religious speech of Twitter users should not be blocked by the opposing religious or political beliefs of the owners of Twitter.

Yes, indeed liberals can argue that one can get their religious and political news from a variety of free press news sources: CNN, RightWingNews, Fox News, and citizens can decide for themselves which to read and which they want listen to.

Not the same with a telecommunication company.

If the telecommunication company is blocking politician Donald Trump from informing me about his policies or the telecommunication company is falsely promoting the politics of his opponent Hillary to me, then they have violated my free speech rights.

Free speech is freedom of the press for the individual

The Internet has given the power of the press to all of us. This site as an example.

The answer is not having an opposing conservative Twitter, in competition with the liberal Twitter, which only insures each person preaches to his own choir, and does not allow me access to information I may find objectionable in another twitter service.

In political discourse, all Americans need to be able to talk to each other, in order to be an informed public.

There are plenty of voices which will get censored out of twitter feeds, if only a liberal-without-Bernie-Sanders Twitter company is in competition with a conservative-without-Rand-Paul Twitter company.

An informed public who can then intellectually vote for their leaders is a primary reason for the First Amendment of the Constitution.

This lawsuit on behalf of Trump would be a landmark decision for the protection of electronic press and speech our Founders never envisioned in their day, but most certainly would have included in the intent of there being a free flow of ideas and thoughts across this country.

Voting rights are important, so we need to ID the people voting to insure they can legally vote, but so are my voting rights to get unobstructed Tweets from Donald Trump, who had been using Twitter to bypass the media middlemen.

Not good if Twitter now becomes a media middleman of its own right and is allowed to freely censor what I can read from my own candidate.

A tweet sent out by Trump yesterday to promote his #MillionDollarMatch donation drive does not appear on Trump’s profile page nor did it appear on the feed of anyone following him.

You can check for yourself. Here is the tweet sent out by Trump yesterday and here is his main profile page – which doesn’t show the tweet. The tweet has been buried as if it never existed.

This is yet another example of Twitter shadow banning – where people on a designated ‘blacklist’ have their tweets relegated on search results and hidden from users’ timelines, while leftist politicians and commentators on a ‘whitelist’ have their tweets promoted.

A Twitter insider admitted to Breitbart back in February that Twitter had indeed begun shadow banning politically incorrect users, a claim verified by a senior editor at a major digital publisher.

A Trump tweet in which he declared that “the establishment and special interests are absolutely killing our country” was also shadow banned by Twitter back in April.

While Twitter is censoring Trump, it has repeatedly been accused of gaming its algorithms in support of Hillary. Back in February, users were irate after the social media giant appeared to censor the anti-Hillary hashtag #WhichHillary after it started trending.

The revelation that Twitter is shadow banning Trump comes on the heels of Google claiming that a ‘technical bug’ was to blame for Donald Trump not appearing when users searched for “presidential candidates”.

Twitter’s shadow banning of Trump also follows its controversial decision to slap conservative commentator Milo Yiannopoulos with a lifetime ban.
