I am going to prove that we do not really have a 1st Amendment freedom of religion.
In fact, we have NEVER had absolute freedom of religion and we NEVER will.
Freedom of Religion: Islamic-style
Take the Muslims for instance. Everyone knows that the Holy Quran orders Muslim faithful to slaughter the Infidel.
Do we want to allow an Islamic faithful his religious freedom right, because if he did, he may invoke his religious freedom to kill anyone who rejects Allah?
A little less harsh, the Quran clearly orders Muslims to invade non-Muslims lands to take booty (steal) and to make captured women slaves.
Many here talk about taxing the special class of people known as "the rich", and Islam too has its special classes who are taxed more than other classes. Islam requires non-believers to pay the jizya tax, to be paid directly to Muslim leaders.
The 1st Amendment applied to Muslims would make a mockery of the protections of life, liberty and property!
Freedom of Religion: Judaic-style
But surely the religion of Moses, whom delivered from God our Ten Commandments, is the basis for our Constitutional protections of life, liberty and property.
Well perhaps if you are a Jew, the Jews will honor the Ten Commandments, but you have to remember that the God of the Israelites was a God of War and God himself killed the Pharaoh's soldiers to save his Chosen People.

Later, when the Madianites had corrupted God's Chosen People, God commanded his people to kill, plunder and enslave in his name.

Even later in the Bible, God knows that six tribes will corrupt his people if actions are not taken, so God orders genocide against the six tribes -- in advance -- BEFORE they had even sinned against Israelites.

Finally, prophets are telling kings to kill everyone who oppose the Israelites. Every man, woman and child.

Certainly none can deny that the Jews can rape, plunder, kill, and commit genocide same as the Muslims can. Many say that the difference between Jews and Muslims is that God told the Jews to kill clearly defined specific tribes, with the assumption that God is no longer in the wrath of God business; whereas, the God of Mohammad has an on-going command to kill, main, rape, plunder and conquer even today.
The assumption on the part of the Jews that they no longer condone genocide may not be well warranted from the videos enclosed below.

Finally, Jesus Christ gave his life for our salvation. But Christians have been known to have Inquisitions, Crusades and pogroms against non-believers.
Why just last week, I was threatening to exercise my freedom of religion with a Christian Crusade against the New York City Judeo-Museum, financially supported by prominent Jewish patrons, that was defiling the Crucifixion of Christ.
Will I be allowed my 1st Amendment right to Christian Crusade if the Pope condones this one as he did the last one?
Certainly, in the tradition of the Old Testament, the Jesus-denying Jews who run the pornographic Hollywood film industry "have drawn the people of the Promise into sin".

Jesus decried the Synagogue of Satan for their sins even in his day.
Christians may indeed be required to exercise their freedom of religion in the near future. Would our government say we could not exercise our Constitutional right to freedom of relogion in light of the above videos?
