Fed criminalizes, "What's in your wallet?"

When TSA pulled Steve Bierfeldt out of line to board an airplane, asking why he was carrying $4,700 dollars in cash, Steve Bierfeldt kept asking,

"Does the law require me to answer that question?"

In response, Bierfeldt received a verbally brutal interrogation from the TSA, with threats of further endless interrogations by all the other para-military units of the Federal government.

Bierfeldt was practically given an interrogation schedule.

• TSA - 8:00AM to 10:00AM
  Subject: "How could you dare try to get on an airplane with cash money?"
  
  
• FBI - 10:00AM to 12:00PM
  Subject: "Can you prove that this is not bribe money from Blagovich?"
  
  
• DEA - 12:00PM to 2:00PM
  Subject: "Can you prove that this is not money from selling drugs?"
  
  
• BATF - 2:00PM to 4:00PM
  Subject: "Can you prove that this is not money from gun sales to the Mexican mafia?"
  
  
• SEC - 4:00PM to 6:00PM
  Subject: "Can you prove that you did not get any of this money from Bernie Madoff?"
  
  
• IRS - 6:00PM to 8:00PM
  Subject: "Can you prove you have paid taxes on this money?"
  
  
• CIA - 8:00PM to 10:00PM
  Subject: "Can you prove that this is not money to pay for a safe house?"
  
  
• DHS - 10:00PM to 12:00AM
  Subject: "Wrap up - Can you just prove you are innocent of everything?"

Their question was always

"If you have nothing to hide, then you would answer the question".

"You are guilty until you prove you are innocent".

In my day, the correct response used to be,

"The question is not why I will not reply,
the question is why you are asking the question?"

Or more legally,

"The burden of proof is upon you, Mr. Law Enforcement Officer.

If you suspect me of having committed a crime,
then tell me what crime I have committed."

The legal definition of police officers looking for crimes without any evidence of any crime taking place is called "a fishing expedition".


Possession of "Federal Reserve Notes" have now been criminalized

Bierfeldt should be thankful that we still do not live in the typical tyrannical state that requires you to "Give unto Caesar what is Caesars, and I will put the money in my official bill-fold for safe keeping."

Money was first criminalized in the "War on Drugs" where any money transaction over $10,000 was required to be reported to the Federal Government.

Your Constitutional 4th Amendment "right to privacy" protected from unreasonable searches and your "right to property" protected from unreasonable seizures was somehow now limited to only $10,000.

The Constitution said so, right?

But wait, from the tape below, we now know that $4,700 cash is also exempted from our 4th Amendment right to privacy and we are expected to give up our 5th Amendment right to remain silent if asked.

I thought the job of the TSA was to protect against Terrorists on airplanes?

But this takes an even deeper dimension. Steve Bierfeldt was detained in St. Louis , Missouri.

Missouri had just passed a law putting anyone connected to Ron Paul on the terrorist watch list.

Thankfully, when this law saw the light of day, it was rescinded.

Perhaps the Missouri arm of the TSA didn't get the memo.

Now I don't know if Bierfeldt is Christian or not, but the fact remains that the Sanhedrin is aiming at everyday Christians and without a doubt, aiming at people who have a deep patriotism towards America.
